For as long as I can remember, I have been the person others turned to for support, guidance, or simply a safe place to land. Through years of education and clinical training, I’ve transformed that calling into meaningful work, supporting individuals during some of the most challenging and vulnerable moments of their lives.

I am a holistic therapist with over 12 years of experience supporting individuals and families across New Jersey as they navigate stress, anxiety, substance use recovery, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. My work is rooted in trauma-informed, holistic care that honors the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit. I strive to help clients not only understand their emotions, but also learn how to feel them safely, cope effectively, and move toward healing with compassion and confidence.

So if you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in cycles of burnout or people-pleasing, even when everything looks “fine” on the outside, this is a space for you. Insight and self-awareness are important, but lasting growth and healing begin with safety. I offer personalized, integrative therapy approaches designed to support emotional regulation, resilience, and meaningful change. I don’t have all the answers, but I will walk alongside you as we uncover and create what you need for healing, growth, and self-empowerment.
Sometimes it may feel like you are being weighed down by anxiety, depression, past trauma, or ongoing stress in your relationships or daily life, and it can be hard to know where to start. Even when you understand what’s happening, it doesn’t always make it easier to change it on your own.

Alexa offers a grounded, supportive space where you can slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and feel less alone in it. She works with adults facing a range of mental health challenges, helping them gently untangle patterns that may feel overwhelming or hard to shift.

Her approach is collaborative and practical, focused on both understanding the deeper roots of what’s going on and building skills that support day-to-day life. Alexa believes therapy is a space for clarity, connection, and steady change, where you can reconnect with your strengths and move toward a more balanced and authentic version of yourself at your own pace.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or caught in cycles of self-doubt or stress, even when you “know better,” you’re not alone, and you don’t have to navigate it by yourself. Insight and awareness matter, but real change happens when you feel safe, supported, and understood.
Anika strives to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can show up fully as you are. Using a cognitive behavioral approach, she will help you identify and gently challenge unhelpful thought patterns, build practical coping skills, and develop tools you can actually use in daily life.
She believes meaningful and lasting change begins with self-awareness and grows through consistent, supported practice. Anika's role is not to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward growth and healing, one conversation at a time.
