Healing Your Mind, Body, & Spirit With Sound

MHE and Innovative Wellness Center is working together to educate and provide you with alternative ways to heal and on these 3 occasions we want to enlighten you on sound healing. 

Simply put, sound healing is the therapeutic application of sound frequencies from various instruments to the body/mind of a person with the intention of bringing them into a state of harmony and health. I want to share with you how and why you should incorporate sound into your life and I have the perfect place to do so. 

On 1/31, 2/9, and 2/17, I will facilitate and educational and experiential workshop to show how and why sound healing is beneficial to your wellness journey.
