About the event
Come and experience how sound can heal you physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Breathe...Reset...Renew!
We will practice breathwork and meditation while allowing the frequencies and vibrations from various instruments to wash over you to create balance and restoration.
Things you should bring with you: yoga mat, pillow and/or blanket as well as wear comfy clothing to move around in. If you don't have a yoga mat, there will be a few available for use. All other supplies will be provided. Register in advance or a payment of $25 will be collected at the door. You must RSVP for this event at least 48hrs before.
