About the event
Join us for an evening of Sound Healing at the Jersey Shore Arts Center — a gentle, guided space to let your nervous system exhale.
Sound has long been used to support the body's natural relaxation response. As layered tones from singing bowls and other instruments wash over you, your body has room to settle out of fight-or-flight and into rest... no effort required on your part beyond lying down and breathing.
This is a passive practice: no experience needed, nothing to "do" right. Just arrive, get comfortable, and let the sound do the work.
