Holistic Healing Sessions are designed to address your well-being on a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level. It falls under the realm of coaching which is a solution focused process that helps people set and achieve goals in various areas of their lives.
Cancellation Policy
Welcome! Please read and sign the service agreement prior to the scheduled session. The purpose of this agreement is to establish a clear understanding of the scope, terms, and conditions of the service you are requesting. A Sound Healing Session uses instruments like singing bowls, gongs, or chimes to create soothing vibrations that help calm the nervous system and promote relaxation. Participants typically lie down or sit comfortably while immersing themselves in the sounds to support emotional, mental, and energetic balance. This may take place in the participant's home or in a studio/office. Nature of Services: Holistic Healing Services are complementary in nature and are not intended to replace or substitute medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment. Although Irena Moore is a licensed mental health professional, in this capacity, I am not providing psychotherapy. Recipient Responsibility: You agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications, or treatments currently being undertaken prior to the session. You are responsible for seeking professional medical advice for any concerns beyond the scope of sound healing. Acknowledgment of Outcome: You understand that results from sound healing sessions may vary and that no specific outcomes or guarantees can be provided. You agree to release and hold harmless the Practitioner from any liability, claims, or damages arising from your participation in sound healing sessions, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. You acknowledge that all written materials, services, classes, workshops, and events offered by Moore Healing & Empowerment LLC and Irena Moore are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or illness and are not to be considered any form of therapy, counseling or substitute for a licensed medical or healthcare professional. You attest that you do not have a pacemaker, nor are you pregnant within the 1st trimester. If you are or have any other medical issues that might be sensitive to frequencies, you will first consult your primary care physician. Your health and safety are top priority. Cancellation & Failure to Pay Policy: It is your responsibility to provide at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation or appointment change. $50 will be charged for late cancellations or “no shows”. Your credit card information is required in the event of needing to bill for time held but missed.
