When life shifts unexpectedly or when the weight of worry, sadness, and daily stress quietly accumulates—it’s easy to feel unmoored. Whether you are moving through a significant loss, carrying the constant static of anxiety, or trying to find your footing in a major life transition, you don’t have to untangle it all on your own.

I specialize in working with adults navigating:

  • Grief & Loss: Honoring the multifaceted, non-linear reality of mourning—whether grieving a loved one, a relationship, or an unfulfilled expectation.

  • Anxiety & Chronic Worry: Quieting the persistent mental chatter, overthinking, and physical tension that keep you in survival mode.

  • Depression & Depletion: Reconnecting with energy, vitality, and self-compassion when getting through the day feels heavy.

  • Stress, Burnout & Life Transitions: Navigating career changes, relationship shifts, and identity pivots without sacrificing your well-being.

How I Work

I believe therapy works best when it’s collaborative, down-to-earth, and practical. I won’t just sit in silence and nod—we’ll actively work together to make sense of what you’re experiencing and build tools that genuinely fit your everyday life.

My work integrates three core pillars:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Identifying and reshaping the unhelpful thought loops and internal scripts that feed feelings of self-doubt, fear, or hopelessness.

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): Equipping you with tangible, real-time emotion regulation and distress tolerance skills so intense feelings don't derail your day.

  • Trauma-Informed Care: Moving at the speed of your nervous system. I prioritize psychological and emotional safety above all else, ensuring we never force processing before you feel grounded and secure in the room.

You bring the lived experience; I provide the steady presence, evidence-based tools, and clinical roadmap. Together, we’ll help you process what’s happened, develop lasting coping mechanisms, and move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.

Let’s see if we’re a good fit!

We’ll likely work well together if you’re moving through grief, persistent anxiety, or a season of upheaval and need more than just a nod and a smile.

If you’re tired of living in survival mode, critical of your own struggles, and ready for an approach that balances practical coping skills with genuine emotional safety, this is a space where you can finally stop performing and start healing.
